In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, our department now asks that you check in when entering our buildings, and check out when you leave. This will allow contact tracers to notify you later if they suspect that you've been exposed to the virus while you were in the building. We have implemented a system for checking in and checking out that is intended to make the process as easy as possible. Here's how to use it:
Please use the links at the web site below. Click the appropriate link when you enter or leave a building. The first time you click one of these links you'll be asked to authenticate through Netbadge and a cookie will be stored in your browser.
You can also "pre-register" by clicking the "Click Here to Register" link that will appear at the top of the page if you haven't yet authenticated through Netbadge. This might be convenient if you plan to use these links from your smart phone. Before you visit our buildings, follow the "Register" link on your smart phone. Then, when you arrive you won't need to do NetBadge authentication.
Some of our buildings may have QR codes posted on their doors. If you have a smart phone capable of reading these, they will check you in or out of the building, just as though you had clicked the appropriate link at the web site above.
